01 · The Protocol

What is the Model Context Protocol?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external systems through a shared tool interface. Once the AIR connector is installed, your assistant can resolve entities, query ratings, surface model drivers, and run scenarios inside any conversation — without copy-paste or context switching.

Authentication is per user, scoped to your airplatforms.com workspace. Nothing is shared with the model provider beyond the answers the assistant chooses to cite.

02 · Claude

Enable in Claude

  1. 01

    Open the Connector Directory

    In Claude Desktop or Claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors → Browse connectors and search for AIR Credit Intelligence.
  2. 02

    Install the connector

    Click Install on the AIR Credit Intelligence listing. Claude registers the server automatically — no URLs or manual configuration required.
  3. 03

    Connect your AIR account

    Click Connect and sign in with your AIR credentials. Approve access and you'll be returned to Claude with the connector marked as Connected.
  4. 04

    Use it in a conversation

    Enable the AIR connector from the tools menu and ask:
    › What is the AIR credit rating for Ford Motor Company?
› Explain the key drivers behind Boeing's current AIR rating.
03 · ChatGPT

Enable in ChatGPT

  1. 01

    Open the Connector Gallery

    In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors and browse the directory. Requires a Plus, Pro, Team, Business, or Enterprise workspace.
  2. 02

    Install AIR Credit Intelligence

    Find AIR Credit Intelligence in the gallery and click Install. The connector is added to your workspace with no manual setup.
  3. 03

    Connect your AIR account

    Click Connect and sign in with your AIR credentials. After approving access, the connector appears as Connected with its tools ready to use.
  4. 04

    Invoke in chat or Deep Research

    Reference the connector by name and ask credit-intelligence questions directly. Tools are also available to Deep Research and custom GPTs in your workspace.
